Systemic Corporate Consulting

My consulting approach continues to incorporate the concept of Whanaungatanga by focusing on evaluating and addressing the systemic strengths and weaknesses of a corporation in order to promote mental health and well-being among employees.  Current research supports the need of offering more systemic change rather than providing individual counselling for employees alone. This type of consulting takes a holistic approach and looks at the entire organization, including its policies, procedures, and culture, to identify areas that may be contributing to burnout and high turnover rates. By addressing these issues, corporations can create a positive work environment that supports the mental health of their employees and produces long term sustainable change.
