Systemic Corporate Consulting
My consulting approach continues to incorporate the concept of Whanaungatanga by focusing on evaluating and addressing the systemic strengths and weaknesses of a corporation in order to promote mental health and well-being among employees. Current research supports the need of offering more systemic change rather than providing individual counselling for employees alone. This type of consulting takes a holistic approach and looks at the entire organization, including its policies, procedures, and culture, to identify areas that may be contributing to burnout and high turnover rates. By addressing these issues, corporations can create a positive work environment that supports the mental health of their employees and produces long term sustainable change.

Phase One
Assess the Psychosocial Safety Climate within the corporation to identify any strengths and weaknesses that may impact the mental health and wellbeing of employees.

Phase Two
Develop and implement long-term, sustainable strategies within the system to promote mental health and well-being leading to a more productive, engaged, and satisfied workforce

Phase Three
Training sessions to develop more effective communication styles and techniques for handling conflicts in values between the corporation and its employees.

Phase Four
Follow-up assessment to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement to ensure sustainable change within the system. Feedback on necessary adjustments to maintain long-term success
